Keynote SpeakerFacilitatorsCelebrating 45 years of marriage, Dr. Bruce E. and Bernice McClure are a testament to faith-centered love and lifelong companionship. Together, they have raised four sons, all of whom are college graduates and married. The McClures’ love for family, modeling sacrificial care, and championing the sanctity of marriage flows directly from the Word of God. Dr. Bruce E. McClure has dedicated over 40 years to Christian Ministry, mental health counseling, and global missions. He serves as the pulpit minister and Professional Counselor with the Prince George’s Church of Christ in Landover, MD. His professional credentials include National Board-Certified Clinical Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Specialist, Certified Trauma Specialist, and Certified Rational Marriage and Family Counselor. Bernice McClure, a Licensed Professional Special Education Nurse, is a Christian servant, mentor, and educator. Throughout her professional career, Sister McClure provided educational support, health advocacy, and compassionate guidance to students and families navigating developmental, emotional, and health-related challenges. Dr. Bruce and Bernice McClure have turned their trials and triumphs of marriage into testimony for the Lord. Their lives beautifully demonstrate marriage built on faith, hospitality, and mutual devotion can transform any home and inspire communities worldwide.
Roger DeLoach
FacilitatorCelebrating 46 years of faithfulness, Roger and Rita De Loach are a testament of devotion. Rita provided 28 years of service to the Independence School District. Her gift of encouragement has played a role in her service as a teacher of women and children in the church. Roger is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. For 33 years, he has served as the minister for the East Independence Church of Christ, where he also runs an on-site nonprofit clinic and stays active in community outreach. The DeLoach’s unwavering love for the Lord and people drive their joy. This is witnessed by their hands-on service and deeply valued by those who labor beside them.
Calvin & Melanie Bailey
FacilitatorsMarking an incredible milestone of 40 years of marriage, Calvin and Melanie serve as teachers at Pinnacle Church of Christ in Little Rock, AR. Though the first half of the Bailey’s marriage was plagued by hardships, the last 20 years they have sought God’s will to build up the kingdom through their marriage. This rebirth inspired Marriage Champions. They mentor couples using biblical unity, win-win strategies, and shared laughter, proving Satan is the opponent-not your spouse.
John & Dr. Gwendolyn Burke
FacilitatorsCelebrating 34 years of shared love and community devotion, John and Gwendolyn Burke are a powerhouse couple making a profound impact. They are the husband-and-wife team behind Burke Counseling & Consulting, Inc., a thriving private mental health practice in Kansas City. John, a graduate of the University of Kansas in 1984, has over 40 years of mental health experience across hospital and community settings. Gwendolyn is a Ph.D. forensic psychologist, former University of Kansas adjunct professor, and founder of the upcoming Magnolia Counseling Center incubator. Spiritually, both are faithful servants of Swope Parkway Church of Christ, directing community and wellness initiatives, with a passion for ministry. John and Gwen enjoy family, gardening, community activism, and building loving relationships.
Juanice Williams
SpeakerPatrick and Juanice Williams, LMSW, celebrate an everlasting marriage of 27 years. God has blessed these best friends with 4 daughters and 6 grandchildren. Patrick serves the Lord as both a youth leader and preacher of the Good News. Juanice is a Missouri-based social worker, mentor, and educator with over 20 years of experience in child welfare, mental health, K–12 support, and higher education. She currently works as a Medical Social Worker at Oak Street Health and as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Central Missouri. Her expertise includes care coordination, program development, mentoring, and a trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice that empowers individuals and strengthens communities.
Tillman II & Vonetta McClunie
FacilitatorsTillman and Vonetta are high school sweethearts celebrating the gift of marriage for 26 years. Tillman II is a Relocation Specialist. Vonetta is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Occupational Therapist in private practice helping couples, families, and individuals. Tillman and Vonetta attend Swope Parkway Church of Christ where they serve the Marriage and Family Ministry. They enjoy discipleship, wellness, and benevolence. They have four children and love spending time with them, as well as their church family.
